We scheduled a reservation for a car 2 months ahead. When we got there they were out of cars! They told us one will soon be available, it's getting washed, but when they brought it out they drove right past us and gave it to another customer. We waited over a hour outside in the heat. When we finally got a car, it was dropped of by the previous customer minutes before we got it. The quick "cleaning" the car got resulted with smeary windows making it hard to drive home in the bright sun. The shifter knob fell off 5 minutes into our trip, something under the hood sounded like it was broken & noisy, people would stare when they heard our car coming. There was no GPS or Auxillary like we asked and the employees were all either miserable or worthless. They all dopped back and forth from the messy office to the wash bays with no productivity or plan. I am a very patient & understanding person but this place was unorganized & unprofessional. If I ever go back to Payless, it will only be the shoe store!

Terrible service infrequent shuttle service. Never rent there again.

Huge lines and only 2 workers to assist and it took 2 hours just to receive the car because the were "getting washed"
