Gentleman that checked me out was rude to his female coworker. She was trying to help another customer and needed help with the transaction and he was rude to her several times when she asked for help. The counter was a mess of paperwork and keys. It took about 5 minutes to find me a car that I could rent even though I had booked through the Budget website and prepaid. The car I received was several classes above what I rented, so I was happy, except that one of the last people to rent it smoked in it so it reaked of cigarette smoke.
