Terrible customer service. No explanation with anything the car was discussing it was dirty on the outside and the inside

The guy was very rude. He had no patience for traffic. We showed up a little before close but my parents showed after close because traffic was bad. A couple walked in after us and he didn't greet them. Was very unprofessional.
