Bed was nice room clean but the elevator broke and the breakfast was just carbs

Our rooms weren't very clean...hairs and bugs in the shower, the towels and washcloths were so stained that they looked like old cleaning rags, coffee wasn't replaced, nor coffee cup. The 2nd day, my Inlaws room didn't have towels or washcloths, the toilet was filthy. We were very disappointed in our stay at this hotel.
