We wanted a room with a queen bed and pull out sofa to accommodate 3 people, but ended up in a room with a queen bed and a chair. Staff not willing to accommodate. Had a don't care attitude and it was only 5 pm (not late or early or anything). Rooms were very nice and clean though.

Not a pleasant experience.first the bed must of been broke couldn't move without it squeaking and cracking it was the most uncomfortable bed ever.then they charged us double for the room.yes they gave a refund but now have to wait days for it to get into account.parking is scarce.and it was noisy.not happy stay.
