Staff was less than friendly

need more movies available & my toilet had issues & I told the front desk & his response was "I'm the only one here I'll look at it later" and he never actually came to look at it so we had a smelly no working toilet for the rest of our stay. very upset with how rude he was

room wasn't very clean, front desk guy made me uncomfortable. room smelled like smoke
