I made the reservation online using the IHG® app. Was very disappointed when I arrived at the Hotel and found out that earlier last week the first and second floor had been flooded and they were having renovations done. Also after checking in and I went to take my shower this shampoo that was left in the room by housekeeping had been used and was half empty. Seems like they should be replaced after every use being they are throwaway size
