Good price, convenient location, and all were so friendly,

We were supposed to get a king room. Instead, we got 2 full beds. I didn't even know they still made them! My husband and I are both very tall and couldn't fit on the bed together. We ended up having to sleep in separate beds. Even though we had a DND sign on our door, we were quite bothered by the noise of the housekeeping staff blaring music through their cellphones. One even yelled down the hallway, "If anybody needs a lint roller, I got one!". At that point I promptly went to the front desk to complain and nobody was there. I waited a full 5 minutes to no avail. I didn't get to speak to the GM until the next day. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at that mess of a hotel again. DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
