Very friendly staff. Great service. Fixed error caused by Hotels.com, that Hotels.com wouldn't fix.

Everything was perfect as usual. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are always clean. I would have given perfect scores except for one thing. The kids coming in and out of the pool had water everywhere around the elevators. Instead of mopping it up, there was just a sign placed there.
