Stayed for the American girl package staff was amazing! Had car issues and several staff helped to get them taken care of. My daughter loved the American girl package. Wonderful stay

Very nice hotel with clean rooms, great fitness center , wonderful breakfast , and super location! Only con , VERY little parking !!!!!!!!

There are a couple reasons that I was not completely satisfied. Coming in late and wet (from indoor water park) it was very cold out. Get everyone out of the car and the back door to the hotel was locked. Tried key, did not work so one of us had to run to the front door to let the front desk know and let us in. They said that they knew it did not work, so why did they not tell anyone or at least put up a sign? Also our pull out sofa bed was broken. Staff when we checked in was awesome the night time staff, not so much.
