Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always enjoy working with the merchant. They are friendly and work to resolve issues quickly.

I liked the fact that if I didn't like the car option, they worked with me to change it.

First time needing to rent a car & the service was quick & easy.

The associate should have made the info about the insurance more clear I was thinking one thing & was charged for the insurance when I just wanted to use my own. I was very upset about that

First car drank gas like no tomorrow. Second car they gave me was nasty and smelled like smoke.
