I called to find out about availability of rental cars at 3:45 pm and was driving out of the place at 5:15 with a clean car. Thank your for a great car, a wonderful reasonable rate and service. Will rent again in the near future

Seems understaffed. Seems like every time I go, even when calling ahead and insisting my car HAS to be ready (so I'm not late to work), I still have to wait a little too long, and then the phone rings and the employee helping me will just answer it right in the middle of our transaction and help the person on the phone, then finish with me after?!?! Staff is still nice and vehicles are nice at a decent price so will continue to rent here, just definitely think they could use some improvements

I called ahead to make sure my car was ready but when I arrived I still had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to help me. The girl working desk took sooooo long helping the same person, never seen a worker there so slow. Finally when one of the guys came in store he helped me very quickly and then was on my way. If the girl worked at a normal, quick pace and wasn't chatting and chatting with other customers, I wouldn't have taken so long.

Terrible service and I ended up NOT renting a vehicle. I rent vehicles for work at least 7days a month and have used enterprise every month since I began traveling for work. My reservation was for 11 and after signing the papers and paying they informed me that the car wasn't ready, it was getting an oil change I informed them that I have to leave that moment because I need to be at work by 1130 in Modesto, she said he's going to get car now (man hadn't even left to get yet) I asked about the possible use of other vehicles and they said no unless I wanted to pay for an upgrade even though it was not my fault car I rented wasn't ready. Anyway car wasn't back until 1126 I had to reschedule my work appt because I was too late to make it on time. I ended up renting from Hertz and left a message with enterprise customer service and it's been 24hrs without a returned phone call, it's a shame enterprise would risk losing my 7-8 days rental business each month by not just upgrading my rental so I wouldn't be late to work or immediately returning my call.
