Chris from enterprise was awesome. He was super helpful and really nice, I felt like he was the only one handling business... I waited for a long time, an hour, to be taken back over to my car at the body shop. He went and came back before the other driver even got back who was supposedly only 5 minutes away. Then the manager was not helpful at all.
