Really leave their customers hanging in the wind. Had an issue that was 50 percent theirs and they did nothing. But a competitor that I had stopped by and had a similar problem ( not exactly the same) stepped up 200 percent even though they didn't have to. I spent about 2 hours in the heat on the phone trying to get someone to take ownership and resolution with no success.
