I used to frequent Staybridge every time I came to visit my Mom. I have not stayed there in a few years after a bag experience years ago. I decided to give them another try because it has been years since I stayed and I do have more positive experiences than bad. However I found my visit this past weekend unpleasant. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was not friendly and he had a friend that was standing there with him. Secondly our refrigerator was filthy!!!! I reported it before we the front desk before we left our room that morning and requested housekeeping, we returned late in the evening to find that our bed was made, we had fresh towels but the refrigerator was still filthy. It was dusty and greasy on top and filthy on the outside doors! I'm very sad to write these words because me and my siblings have had great times at this hotel.
