Nice place for the money

We called ahead to ensure that we would be able to use the shuttle to get to the hotel. We told the person who answers the phone we would beed the shuttle at midnight. It wasn't there. At 12:05, we called the hotel. They told us the shuttle was there. We told them it wasn't. At 12:20, we finally gave up and took a cab. The hotel was mediocre at best. The bed was awful. It wasn't clean. We won't be returning.
