Disappointed the heath-club & pool were closed!

The front desk was amazing. They made sure all my needs were met. However the "management" staff were extremely rude. I knew that I had to check out at noon and was finishing getting dressed when management came by 20 minutes before check out to ask if I was staying another night. I don't like to be pushed out like that. I won't return because of this.
