Nice restaurant. Good food and service.

Check in took 45 min for our group, heat was broken in three of our rooms, the indoor pool had no heater and it was freezing outside so the pool was unbearable and not use able. the front desk was very nice one night to help us move a room without heat. The next night they were to busy worrying about schedules to help. Overall it was a decent night stay, but they are under staffed rooms were stripped down and left open over night because they couldn't get to them. Our group has stayed here for years and this was worst stay of all those years.

Our stay was horrible. Our room was freezing, the toilet wasn't working and the phone wasn't working. We were able to switch rooms our first night but two other rooms in our group weren't able to until our second night. So in total, 3 rooms full of guests had to switch due to heat issues. We had our two year old with us who was extremely excited to swim until we realized that the indoor pool was not heated. The concrete surrounding the pool led under the glass walls to the outside courtyard so of course the pool was freezing. My son was very disappointed. Needless to say we will not be staying in this hotel again.
