They try to upcharge you on the ins by saying any scratch they will claim your insurance but then when you go to get the car they say don't worry about any scratches that aren't larger than a dollar bill. I rented with enterprise and they said they don't care about small scratch and dents. This guy said if get a door ding they would charge my deductible and then I have to fight with my ins.
