Aloft Houston by the Galleria

I can't say it was expensive because I don't know how much hotel stays are in Houston but I don't believe it was worth what we paid but it could just be our taste it was a very nice hotel just not what I expected for the price

Got a great deal and the hotel was actually pretty nice. Great location next to the galleria

Great customer service at check-in and check-out. Rooms are small and no ice machine on each floor. Will consider staying again if the price is right.

The hotel was nice and clean but the staff didn't even acknowledge me or my family as we waited for the person we came to see. Customer service was poor. They had no idea or concern who I was.
