An incredibly wonderful experience due largely to the staff. I believe they went above and beyond what I usually experience from hotel employees. They really are spectacular from the front desk to cleaning person. I greatly appreciate their kindness

I didn't know about the hotel until my husband booked our room but I'm glad that I got the chance to stay there! I love that it child friendly so the next time we travel, I will find aloft hotel to stay in.

Very nice hotel. We love Aloft in general, but this one was exceptional. It was the cleanest Aloft room out of several locations. Check in at night was okay. Staff member was not as friendly as morning staff members. Our dog did not receive the signature aloft bed and treats, which was ok, but it would have been nice. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was very clean and we truly appreciate that. We will be staying again!
