I love this hotel will definitely come and stay here when I go to San Antonio again. The beds where super comfy and the pillows omg super comfy as well

We always stay here when we go to San Antonio. It is always a positive experience. The only issue this time was that the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Water in shower stopped working while taking a shower. Toilet wouldn't flush.
