Cable TV was out first night into next morning and coffee machine in room was broken

Night staff was very rude and not friendly. Morning was much nicer, room was huge and we ended up having a balcony

The hotel staff put my luggage on a cart and left it in the rain to assist another guest who was in a car. The hotel staff didn't help with my luggage or help me get in the two sets of doors I had to pull open in the rain. The hotel room had dirty carpet and a moldy bathroom the floor in the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was stopped up when I arrived.
