The hotel itself was good the cleaning staff was very rude. The housekeeper was very unprofessional in my opinion.

The staff couldn't find our 2nd room even with the proper email confirmation in hand and took forever to resolve the issue but only after their line grew outside of the door. It was extremely embarrassing. Other than the room being fairly quite...the rest was a complete let down. The room smelled of smoke, wet shampooed carpets mixed with bug spray. The beds were harder than the floor. There was someone else's hair on our bed. The beds are full size, the head board wasn't even properly screwed into the wall and would slam into the wall of even slightly touched. The bathroom had a kitchen sink in it with a garbage disposal. There was a in-wall heater right next to the fridge. There was no bible in the rooms. Our shower head wasn't even properly screwed in and shot water EVERYWHERE! And to top it all off there was a cockroach on the bathroom wall the morning we left. Needless to say...we won't be back.
