Americas Best Value Inn- Neptune

Good location and price; the bed was awful!!!!!!!! The box spring for the bed was two twin box springs side by side so the bed caved into a hole in the middle. Couldn't sleep all night.

Good atmosphere

Hotel needs a lot of updating. Bathroom and bed spreads were dirty/stained.

The rooms are disgusting. The only reason my friends and I stay here is because it is close to Belmar. The floor is atrocious (you never know what you're going to step on), the curtains in our room were uneven lengths (like one was literally chopped off with scissors), the pillows and towels are the size for a small child, and the blankets have cigarette burns in them. This place needs a serious renovation and deep cleaning!

It was gross. Would never stay there again. Ended up going to target to buy my own sheets. Luckily had a family emergency and had to leave early. They did however give me a refund for having to leave early, that was nice. Staff was friendly.
