Had an issue where I messed up the date of my check-in and they were able to fix it and accommodate my error - great customer service and great experience

It's fairly pricey and hardly can be considered a "resort" but that being said, it was incredibly nice. The oversized tub and shower make it worth it. The pool cool stand to be at least slightly heated as it was too cold to actually swim. But there's so much to do in St Augustine that it didn't really matter. Close to the beach and a comfortable bed are among the number of things I liked. Will likely try to stay again over the years so long as we can afford it.

This is a great hotel and our stay was wonderful. The ocean was a very short walk away.

I did Priceline and got this place on total accident but I absolutely loved it. Only complaint was no breakfast provided and even restaurant options were limited healthy wise. But pool great for families and beach close. Really nice staff. Just a pleasure able stay and all my friends at other hotels were also impressed. I would def stay here again

First night was fantastic.

This hotel is wonderful. We got the king bed room with two person jacuzzi and balcony. AWESOME stay. Has a steam room and sauna.

Food was not good
