this was a really great stay thanks to the croissants in the morning and the very informative and friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay in new Orleans

This was a wonderful experience. Such a charming hotel with the most wonderful staff. Truly one of my most enjoyable experiences.

Great comfortable room. Clean. Nice front desk people. Only issue..... Called three times with a minor issue. Nobody ever came to the room to fix it. The person who did repairs was always out of the building. It was a very minor problem.
