this is a timeshare property. it's a great time every time we stay. which we do several times a year.

The room key didn't work and when I went to the desk to get it fixed the agent advised me the key was fine when it clearly wasn't. Instead of telling me it was fine and instead of making excuses as to what the problem could be, she should have just apologized and fixed it.
