Excellent atmosphere

This hotel was amazing ! The staff made our visit the best . Our air went out in one of the rooms we booked and with out any problems we got anther room . Helpful stag and always smiling . I will stay again and tell others of the beautiful amazing hotel

found a few small hairs on sheets, one staffer was not friendly and did not work to accommodate us. good location and decent breakfast

Better than I expected

Cannot turn off the air-conditioning always "on" even when turned "off". Freezing cold 1st and 2nd day until I figured how to turn heater on. Went downstairs to receptionist for extra blanket and got ignored. Door keys would not work 1/2 time and it took 5-12 swipes before it would unlock. Nice Continental breakfast spread.
