I was given a key to a room that was still occupied from the night before. I went back to the desk and they informed me that the guest had a late checkout...they did not apologize or offer me another room. I had 20 minutes at this point to change and get back downstairs for a meeting. Upon arrival the front desk was chaos and not one person working there seemed to have a clue as to what they were doing. I ended up changing clothes in another room that was given to a coworker dirty. They gave her a key for a room that had not been cleaned. The room was full of trash, pizza boxes, banana peels etc. There wasn't even toilet paper for us to use. Not one hotel associate apologized.
