My only complaint is that they didn't have any cookies & my hot chocolate tasted like city water. Everything else was pretty good.

Audrey at the desk was wonderful! So friendly and helpful. The lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness was apparent in the rooms as well as the public spaces. Please have housekeeping focus time on cleanliness!!!
