Not a very quiet hotel due to late night returning guests coming back from the beach. Not a good hotel for business travel

The agent at check in was sweet, but overcharged us $20 cash. She did catch the mistake, but not for some time. The breakfast was sub par. No toppings for the waffles. Just chocolate and caramel syrup. Also, the hot items offered were very lack-luster. The worst part about the stay was the room. The A/C was horrid. It was cooler in the hallway than the room, and that did not change for the entirety of my stay. The unit appeared to be frozen. Additionally, the humidity in the room was like a jungle. Everything was sticky. I had to take a COLD shower everyday. Maintenance needs to regularly check these units, and your HKs should be letting you know how hot and sticky these rooms are. Other than that, pretty property and nice staff. Just stop cutting corners; this property has great potential!
