This is a timeshare hotel which we didn't know until check in, so there was no cleaning derive or room service. They were also doing remodel on our side of the hotel so overall this was not the pampered stay we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary.

I did like the amenities here at this hotel and that's why we picked this one. When I had to interact with the staff here I felt like they were on edge. I asked staff about the their game room hours. The lady began talking about how security will be around throughout the night. I thought it was a little odd. I later returned with my family: wife, 6yo, 4yo and 8month old. My wife told me the security guard just took a photo of us. That was wired, I thought. We packed up to leave and I asked him did he do that. He stated yes hesitantly. His reason was because he thought my baby was cute. I didn't buy the excuse. I thought that I was being profiled and just in case anything took place, they had a picture. I don't know but it was really uncomfortable knowing that someone was taking pictures of my family in secret. My wife was really uneasy with it!
