Had the worst room there. Right by the entrance to the fitness and pool area. The wing was full of kids who kept running up and down the hall all night slamming doors. Sink cracked in toom

It was loud due to the elevator

The elevators are so noisy that i couldn't sleep. Sounded like a jack hammer. Never had that problem with all the places I have stayed at. And the lady at the desk laughed at my husband when we walked away. And the manager did nothing
