I was so impressed with this hotel. Kids eat free is a big bonus! It was very clean and fresh looking. The staff were amazing. I will def make this my go-to hotel for our next visit.

Hotel is updated and decent but the have rough toilet paper. Spa was cold pool was dirty. Internet is horrible

Not friendly at all Breakfast was 13.99 I did not pay it I never pay for breakfast when I travel it is always in the price of the stay Fire alarm went of at 5:30 am and no one knew why My key lock did not work and all they would do is recard my key Just no help at all friendly not at all Next time I will stay at a holiday inn EXPRESS I NEVER have any problems with them
