Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Hair was everywhere in the bed and towels. The rooms were very loud, noisy all night. I was not greeted as in rewards member. Just not a good experience all around.

Called ahead and asked if the pool was heated and the lady assured us it was. She said it was an indoor heated pool and we booked it. Got there and water freezing cold then the same lady told us that she didn't know. Room smelled like pee. Wifi didn't work. Workers were rude.
