I like the Hampton brand because of their consistency of quality from one hotel to another. This one was above average.

I booked a room and discovered bed bugs in my original room. The staff was helpful and provided a complimentary gift and my stay here was complimentary and free. However, the issue still remains about the bed bugs problem and it can be epidemic in all the rooms here
