Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was in a panic because I needed to make a trip to Maryland today and found out I was in dire need for tires after my visit to Duncan Hokie Honda for an oil change. I called around and they had quality tires and the guy had an apt for 1pm which was 20mins after I called them! Everyone else either had crappy brand tires, no tires for my car, or would take too long to service before my trip. The service advisors told me about my brake fluid needing to be changed since it's getting to that time, and my serpentine belt is cracking, so time for a new one and an alignment was needed bad. He showed me pictures of what it looked like and explained that it was the reason my tires had worn down from the inside, where the steel was showing. I decline the first two for now since I'd already had to spend a lot on the tires, but will get the services later. I got the alignment to prolong the life of the new tires and to make my car drive better because I did experience the bad alignment when other Honda dealerships never mentioned that or anything about my belt and brake fluid. Honda did mention I need wipers though and recommended the the Firestone 715 or whatever tires I ended up getting anyways. But the guys explained the probs I had and gave me prices as well as the papers so I could come back in the future if I decide to choose them to fix the probs. very nice people, and I will go back again because they not only made me aware of issues, and knew what they were talking about, but didn't pressure me to fix unnecessary things. Great experience!
