Norma was a great housekeeper

Had a dance competition nearby. Given a key and after walking up and down many steps w heavy luggage our room's door was open and not locked ,, was dissappointed the staff did not come to us , had to go back to them after calling on cell and was scary because of design of each area room. But once inside room is nice, roomy and beds so comfortable , loves extra space and two bathrooms , could use more mirrors
