Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Nice hotel. Staff was not very attentive during checkin. Direct view of Denver's serious homeless problem on the 16th street mall. Amazing gym. Wish there was a discount at the restaurant in the lobby.

Would be nice if toothpaste was provided in bathrooms

I stayed in the Tower during my stay. I was disappointed to see that the closet doors were removed from the closet in my room leaving no full length mirror or any mirror whatsoever in the bedroom itself, only the mirror in the bathroom was available and the lighting in the bathroom wasn't conducive to applying makeup.

The hotel is very nice and upscale. Had I not been required to stay at this hotel, I would have chosen one that was closer to my price range. Having stayed here I am impressed with the atmosphere and business accommodations of the hotel. The rooms were spacious but not a lot of storage space for personal items and clothing. The closet was accommodating. I liked the ledges in the room which added to some of the need for storing things. There was an inoperable power strip that could not be fixed. The bathroom was clean and stocked with plush towels and other amenities. Beds were firm and comfortable. Loved the pillows. Even with discounted rates, the room and parking fees were out of my price range. Perhaps the planning convention chose this hotel because their rates were within their budget.

They need to control the amount of homeless people on the streets around the hotel.

Our stay was fabulous! We were in town for a event for my husband's work. The hotel was very clean as where the rooms. The hotel staff was very kind and on point with our requests. The food in the bar was absolutely fabulous and they had a wide selection of beers. Overall we had an excellent experience and we will likely stay there again in the near future!
