Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

The comforts and amenities along with the friendliness of the staff made for a warm welcome and relaxing stay at this hotel!

The coffee was bad

Fantastic! Quiet and clean! Pool was immaculate and wonderfully warm. Chose the green option so maid staff didn't come in but they were very friendly in the halls. Woman who ran gift shop was super sweet too.

The staff was very friendly at all encounters. The beds were very nice and comfortable. I also liked getting free internet

No refrigerator or microwave in the club level rooms which was disappointing. Club lounge wasn't stocked with beverages either. Wouldn't pay the extra money for the club level again.

staff friendliness varies greatly, no consistency. buffet breakfast was waste of money

Overall it was a good time.

Dingy interior

Checked in very late, front desk clerk was not friendly.

Front desk at check in was extremely nice and pleasant but at check out I ask a few questions and I got a sigh and roll of the eyes. Never felt more uncomfortable asking a question at a hotel in my life.
