Stayed at the hotel and took the ferry across for a conference at the Javits. Hotel was ok, nothing fantastic. Felt it was overpriced. Service in the restaurant could have been better.

Club lounge and all other facilities didn't open until 7am!!! That seems crazy for the city that never sleeps. Business center contained mostly equipment that was broken or not working Hotel restaurant was dirty and chairs falling apart Rest of hotel was great
