Convenient to airport.

I am airline crew. We have specifically documented check out times that are different than regular quests. I've stayed at this particular hotel for years and never had a problem. A male housekeeper loudly and relentlessly banged on my door while I was in the shower. I called out a "yes" from my side of the door but he wouldn't stop, disturbing the whole hall. He demanded that I was supposed to check out. Then after insisting for several minutes, still banging, realized he had the wrong room. Very rude and loud. Even if it was a mistake it shouldn't have happened that way. Very upset.

Great location

Had a horrible dining experience during breakfast where one of the staff was very rude and provided poor customer service. It took over 30 minutes for an omelet and I was literally the only customer dining at the time.

The staff never gave me a card for parking my key and they advertise a fitness center online but was no where we saw.

The room service employee was very nice abd the food was good. There was a little dust on the bottom of the night stand and I thought people staying at the hotel should get a discount on the over night parking
