Unknown charge of about $18 was put on the bill with no explanation.person at counter that checked us in could not get the keys to work right and didn't give us a parking key

I am an SPG member and the room assigned to us had wifi that didn't work, and the TV was broken and when we called the front desk to ask if it could be fixed, they said the TV was broken, so they clearly knew it was broken, and assigned us the room anyways. Other than that, it was a good experience, but the broken TV and wifi that didn't work was incredibly inconvenient

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Find a more convenient way to notify guests when their room is available. I was told my room wasn't ready and to go back at a later time. I arrived 4 hours later and they where still trying to accommodate a room for me. Also, I was told a rollaway was going to be delivered to the room and it was never delivered.
