Good place to stay over night.

The location is supreme, the customer service is outstanding, the breakfast isn't very great here, the pool area is well kept but could use more night time lighting, the hot tub isn't even warm water, the rooms smell and look clean, parking is slightly inconvenient, overall great place!!

This hotel was extremely clean the staff was phenomenally courteous there were amenities that I don't have it other hotels and niceties that are only longed for sometimes. The staff was nice enough to allow me to upgrade to a spa suite which was a lovely room it's probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel and on my business travels thank you best Western

Good service, good free breakfast, a little noisy

Not clean in the rooms. The light had fabric or something melted to it. Vents were disgusting and we all woke up with congestion and headaches.
