Loud brats running around and climbing on my truck, pool was closed but never told that when I made the reservation or when I checked in. Then when inquiring about pool being open I was told "we don't have a maintenance man on duty who can fill it for you" and I asked about compensation and how other hotels in the area when I booked had openings for far less expensive and had to call best western. Com who confirmed they had nothing in their system about a closed pool. I cancelled my other reservation at this hotel and am staying down the road next weekend. If they had vacancies there during this week/weekend id have gone there instead! I'm appalled at the staff here and how lax they are about the noise level and the people in their parking area chugging beer and driving. The cleaning staff are awesome! Will NEVER stay here again- would rather sleep in my truck or a tent!
