Staying as chaperone for high school chorus trip. Great experience.

We are having a great time here! Cute hotel, and fun shape that our boys love! Glad that our front desk clerk, Danielle, asked if we had a room on the Disney, so we could see fireworks. (She's been so friendly and great in helping us come up with places to eat and things to do on a tight budget! Thank You Danielle!) We absolutely love the heated pool!! My husband was trying to book a place with a hot tub, but we actually chose this hotel because you had mini-fridges--so we were excited when we jumped in a warm (hot!) pool!

room was clean enough...had a little mold under bathtub soap dish which could only be seen lying down in the tub. Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. soda machine across the hall was missing and there was a moldy damp damaged place on the floor where it had been. Bed were comfortable. Used the refrigerator ...very appreciated. would have appreciated a small microwave. Valets were EXTREMELY helpful. They helped us load and unload a mobility scooter several times., as well as a lot of luggage. they were knowledgeable about the shuttles, taxi and how to get around. They couldn't have been more warm, friendly, helpful and informative! We had a previous stay and used the dining room and found it unsatisfactory. We were told there was a new menu and chef so we ate there for a dinner. I have to be gluten free. They worked with us to find a taco salad I could have. The sides and lettuce were fresh..but the hamburger topping was very dry, meager and had little flavor. asked for Hot sauce to give it some interest. wouldn't eat there again, though. they have a well stocked gift shop and bought several items there. We bought tickets at their Disney store which was convenient.
