Very nice and friendly

They were doing construction in the parking lot, no access to a handicap parking space of handicap ramp. We were made to check out by 8:30 due to the construction on the parking lot when our payment with Hotels.com was for check out at 10. I will say that they did everything I had asked of them in my reservation being they had extra towels, blankets and pillows and razors in the room just as I specified. Had the construction issue not occurred my review would have been a lot better cause for many things they were great. But as a wheelchair bound individual it's hard to get past the no parking, no ramp access and then requiring us to check out early
