This is a really nice hotel! Everything was clean. Our room was great! Nothing looked worn or old. The towels were soft, not the usual crunchy, hard towels you usually get at this type of hotel. Breakfast was good. Plenty of seating available for breakfast. The staff from the front desk all the way to the housekeeping & custodians were friendly. If I ever need a hotel in the area again, I'll definitely go back to this Best Western!

The rooms were not as clean as they should have been. We had to call the front desk to report different things. The front lobby was crowded with girls ball players when we tried to have breakfast. They were laying, sitting, and standing all over the lobby. We had nowhere to sit. The only available table looked occupied with a chicken box from some fast food joint. It was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves in order to sit down. There was only one chair. We had to beg another one from a couple. I had an elderly woman with me and not one of the girls would offer their chair to her. I doubt that I will use best western again.
