Return traveler. Chose hotel primarily b/c it provides shuttle service. Overall service and staff exceeded our expectations.

this hotel was clean and had a friendly staff, stay was great. Shuttle service was a little overwhelmed but they got through it

Everything was great except for the remodeling going on by pool...and the pool was very tired.

Everything looked like it was not quite cared for enough. The gym equipment was almost all broken, the parking lots were INSANE with no one keeping room for the guests, and we got stuck in the elevators twice during a three day stay. I am in a hotel at least two weekends out of the month and this was one of the worst, so far.
